Baby Guinness combines coffee liqueur and Irish cream, putting it on the creamy, dessert-like side of our menu. Despite the name, there is no beer in this shot’s ingredient list.
Ingredients
- 3 cl Baileys
- 2 cl Kahlúa
How it is mixed
- Pour into a chilled shot glass as the bottom layer: coffee liqueur.
- Slowly pour over the back of a spoon to form the next layer: Irish cream liqueur.
- Serve without stirring, keeping the layers intact.
