Gin Fizz is for the moment when you want the gin to shine, with lemon and soda keeping the mood bright. At our Chaweng bar, it is an uncomplicated choice before you decide whether tonight means a long chat or a look around the neighbourhood.
Ingredients
- 2 parts gin
- 1 barspoon sugar syrup
- 1 part lemon juice
- soda water (to top up)
How it is mixed
- Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice.
- Strain into a tumbler.
- Top up with soda water.

Our serving suggestion
Peel a narrow strip from a washed lemon, taking as little white pith as possible. Twist it gently above the drink and hook it over the rim.
