Mai Tai
260 THB
Two rums, almond, orange curaçao and lime give our Mai Tai a fuller flavour than its fruity look might suggest. Take a seat at Blackjack after a day around the island and try it when you want the rum to stay noticeable alongside the citrus.
Ingredients
- 3 cl Jamaican rum
- 3 cl Martinique rum
- 1.5 cl dry orange curaçao
- 0.75 cl almond syrup
- 0.75 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl lime juice
How it is mixed
- Shake the ingredients with crushed ice, pour everything into a large glass and add more crushed ice.

Our serving suggestion
For our presentation, use a dried orange wheel, as shown in the bar photos. Rest it against the rim or on the ice. An optional drained cocktail cherry on a short pick complements the orange; mint and lime are not needed for this version.
