Pink Lady looks soft, but gin and lemon keep its personality clear beneath the grenadine and silky egg-white texture. Bring a friend to the Blackjack bar and choose it for its own character, rather than letting the colour make the decision for you.
Ingredients
- 4.5 cl gin
- 1.5 cl grenadine syrup
- 1 cl lemon juice
- 1 egg white
How it is mixed
- First shake the ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Drain one cocktail cherry and thread it onto a short cocktail pick. Rest the pick across the rim so the cherry does not sink into the foam.
