Slippery Nipple pairs sambuca with Irish cream, so anise and cream lead the flavour. It has a very different profile from our coffee-based creamy shots, despite sharing Irish cream with several of them.
Ingredients
- 2 cl Sambuca
- 2 cl Irish cream liqueur
How it is mixed
- Pour into a chilled shot glass as the bottom layer: Sambuca.
- Slowly pour over the back of a spoon to form the next layer: Irish cream liqueur.
- Serve without stirring, keeping the layers intact.
