Ingredients
- 5 cl gin
- soda water (to top up)
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
How it is mixed
- Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice.
- Strain into a tall glass over ice.
- Top up with soda water.

Cut a thin lemon wheel and drain a cocktail cherry. Fix both on a cocktail pick and lay it across the rim, clear of the drinking side.
