Lemon and lime give the Whisky Sour a clear sour edge, balanced by sugar syrup and bourbon. You can check the full ingredient list before ordering at Blackjack; this version also contains egg white.
Ingredients
- 6 cl bourbon whiskey
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl lime juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
How it is mixed
- First shake the ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.
