The B-57 combines coffee liqueur and Irish cream with peppermint schnapps, bringing mint into the mix. It shares two ingredients with our B-52, but takes a different direction without the orange liqueur listed for that shot.

- coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, peppermint schnapps
How it is mixed
- Pour into a chilled shot glass as the bottom layer: coffee liqueur.
- Slowly pour over the back of a spoon to form the next layer: Irish cream liqueur.
- Float peppermint schnapps last over the spoon. Layer separation depends on the brand’s sugar and alcohol content; test a small pour first.
- Serve without stirring, keeping the layers intact.
- Our bar photos show a flambé presentation. Flaming is for experienced hands; extinguish the flame completely and let the rim cool before drinking.
