Balsamico Spritz

Prosecco, basil and balsamico make this spritz sparkling, aromatic and a little different from your usual order. Come as you are to our family bar, take a look through the menu and try it when you feel like something beyond the familiar orange spritz.
Ingredients
- 2 cl balsamic vinegar
- 10 cl Prosecco
- 3 cl soda water
- 1 sprig of basil
How it is mixed
- Add balsamic vinegar and ice to the glass, pour in Prosecco and soda, then finish with basil.

Garnish & finishing touch
Our serving suggestion
Wash a small basil sprig and gently pat it dry. Tuck it beside the ice with the leaves above the rim, so the aroma reaches the nose. A cocktail cherry makes a restrained garnish here. Drain it first, then thread it onto a short pick and lay the pick across the rim.
