Bourbon remains the main flavour in our Old Fashioned, with sugar and bitters adding sweetness and spice. Our bartender brings twenty years of experience to these straightforward ingredients at the Blackjack bar.
Ingredients
- 5 cl bourbon whiskey
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitter
- 1 sugar cube
- soda water
How it is mixed
- Soak the sugar cube with bitters, add a little soda and crush until dissolved. Add bourbon and ice, then stir.

Garnish & finishing touch
Our serving suggestion
For a simple garnish, cut a broad strip of orange peel with little white pith. Gently squeeze it over the drink, then rest it against the inside of the glass.
